You must be an artist from Norfolk or Suffolk to apply, and make or create your own works.
The rental hire spaces are available from 1-4 weeks hire.
You are able to share space with another artist/group/collaboration to share costs.
This way, groups, students, artists can rent rooms at a discounted shared cost.
for example students/art groups/camera clubs - all are able to exhibit with us.
Schools and Colleges are welcome to collaborate and share costs.
We have space for 39 artists at any one time.
We will need to see 2 images of your works, to ensure that it is of a high standard, ready for sale to the general public AND marketed clientele.
Cabinets are also available to hire at low retail rates. If you work well with another artist/designer, rent together and share the cost.

Again, beading and craft groups on your own as an artist or together, The Upstairs Gallery has display space for you.

If you are an emerging artist we offer a promotion and marketing pack with basic advice for you on how to promote your works, and the best place for public liability insurance, copyright information, labelling your works, and poster materials.
We are insured at the Gallery premises, and have all PRS licences, employers liability, theft, fire and health and safety requirements. Our cabinets are regularly tested by electrical safety checks. For lifecasting services we have release forms and health and safety requirements in place.
